Confinement: RUBIKA organises itself for the continuity of courses and competitions

Due to the changing health situation and the measures taken by the government, RUBIKA is organising itself to ensure the continuity of the courses and maintain the link within the campus.

ACCESS TO THE CAMPUS AND PEDAGOGICAL CONTINUITY

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education, distance education is the norm for theoretical education. As in the Universities, the courses of practical work (requiring the use of the school’s equipment) take place face-to-face

The campus therefore remains open in the strictest respect of health regulations. We are fortunate to have a building of more than 17,000m² where the students have their own classrooms. This greatly facilitates the implementation of distance learning measures (4m² per student).

However, we have decided to limit access to the campus to working days, during time slots defined by the teaching staff.

For the administrative teams (excluding pedagogy), teleworking remains the norm.

VIRTUALIZATION OF EVENTS

If confinement places limits on our physical movements, we are keen to continue to offer special meetings to answer students’ questions and help them to find their way around.

We already offer several information sessions in virtual format:

RUBIK’Apéro Animation, Tuesday 10th November from 6pm to 7.30pm. Registration is compulsory via this link.

— Information Morning 2, Saturday 21 November from 10am to 12pm. Registration required via this link.

Other events will be offered in the coming weeks. Don’t hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out on any of our news.

The format of the Open Day on 06 February 2021 has not yet been decided. The option of virtualisation via a platform is obviously being seriously studied.

In the meantime, you can already enjoy a virtual tour of the RUBIKA Valenciennes campus.

COMPETITIONS & STAYS

Registrations for the exams and stays are open since 28 October, via registration forms. In view of the situation, we are studying the possibility of moving these events to a remote format. No decision has been taken yet but we advise you to digitise your portfolio, in case you have to send it to us by e-mail. Let’s keep in touch…

Do you have questions or need advice for the competition? We set up a dedicated hotline on working days from 1pm to 7pm on 06 43 31 65 29. You can also contact us at any time by email: contact@rubika-edu.com

Thank you for your confidence,

Take care of yourself!
