INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

ACADEMIC EXCHANGES

RUBIKA maintains partnerships with universities around the world allowing our students to spend one or two semesters studying abroad. These exchanges are possible from the second year, with the agreement of the Pedagogical Manager. The ECTS obtained in the host university are validated for the passage to the next year.

INTERNSHIP ABROAD

Each year, between 30 and 50% of the students spend 3 months or more abroad. In addition to professional experience, an international internship allows you to develop your level of foreign language skills and learn about new cultures.

WHEN AND HOW TO LEAVE?

WHEN TO GO?

➔ First Semester or Full Year: send portfolio + cover letter + CV + Application Form by mid-February.

➔ Second Semester: send portfolio + cover letter + CV + Application Form by mid-September.

HOW TO APPLY?

➔ Check the list of our international partners
➔ Fill in the application form, indicating your choice of institutions and courses taken.
➔ Submit the application with a letter of motivation and a language certificate before the deadline.

GET A SCHOLARSHIP

➔ ERASMUS+ grant for a stay or study placement in Europe. Read our Erasmus Guide and fill in the application form for a internship or study mobility.

MERMOZ Regional grant for a stay or traineeship outside Europe (subject to means testing)

➔ Scholarship of the FGYO: the Franco-German Youth Office (FGYO) can subsidise your stay in Germany

OFQG Grant, the Office franco-québécois pour la jeunesse (OFQJ) offers assistance for exchange students in Quebec

Linguistic Preparation

Some English-speaking universities often require TOEFL-type tests. Don’t forget to take into account the preparation for these language tests!
