HOME ᐳ EDUCATIONAL STAYS ᐳ PREPARATION STAY
GIVE YOURSELF EVERY CHANCE TO SUCCEED IN THE RUBIKA BACHELOR EXAM!
The 3-day preparation stay allows you to calmly approach the RUBIKA Bachelor exams. On the fourth day, participants take the competitive entrance exam for the first year in the program of their choice.
Our pedagogical teams have established an intensive course program in order to prepare you as well as possible for the demands of the exam: drawing, creativity techniques, methodology, optimization of the portfolio, preparation for the individual interview, lectures, a blank test in conditions… all punctuated by moments of relaxation animated by our student-accompanists.
RUBIKA offers two sessions of preparation for the competition. As interaction with the speakers is essential to the success of the participants, we limit the groups to a maximum of 20 students per session.

Participants are accommodated in single rooms at the hotel (single room) with breakfasts. Students will be responsible for the evenings at RUBIKA and will accompany the group to their accommodation.
How to reach RUBIKA from the train station?
A shuttle bus will accompany participants from the train station to the campus (and back).
Are we allowed to go off campus?
No outings are allowed except for trips organized as part of the stay (accommodation, meals, bowling evenings).
Is it necessary to provide pocket money?
In principle, no, as meals and snacks are provided. However, vending machines for drinks and snacks are available, and can be operated by credit card or coins. Depending on the period, the CROUS cafeteria may also be accessible.
Do participants need to bring any equipment?
Participants must bring their own drawing materials. A list is sent before the beginning of the stay. Some of the small material is provided (paper). Computer equipment is available for the workshops that require it.
