UX DESIGN COURSE

The UX Design course at the ISD RUBIKA is aimed at curious and empathetic students with excellent analytical skills who want to improve the way people, products and services interact. The aim is to learn how to design fluid and efficient interaction systems that meet the needs of users. These systems concern the digital dimension (e.g. a telephone interface) as well as the physical dimension (e.g. interactions with a vehicle) or the human dimension (e.g. experience in a public place).

In order to carry out these projects, students learn the methodology used in design studios around the world: exploratory research, ideation phase, feasibility analysis, concept development, prototyping and communication. Most of the courses are taught by working professionals (designers, graphic artists, illustrators, game designers, etc.) who combine their passion for experience and teaching. A large part of the training is also devoted to management, with practical application during the numerous group projects.

The goals of the course are :

  • To develop a UX designer culture and expertise
  • To analyse (and write) a creative brief
  • To acquire a user-oriented design methodology
  • To master the 2D/3D representation tools to express ideas
  • To propose innovative solutions with high added value
  • To prototype and test solutions

The curriculum includes periods of internship and concludes with a semester of pre-employment. The need for UX Designers is expressed in many sectors of activity: e-commerce, communication or design agencies, connected objects, telephony, public services, entertainment, leisure, and many others.

THIS COURSE IS MADE FOR YOU IF…

➔ You are empathetic and have good observation skills
➔ You have a taste for technical and problem solving skills
➔ You want to design complex interaction projects, focused on the user experience
➔ You like storytelling whose goal is to generate emotion
➔ You aspire to a strategic position in a French or international company
