STUDY AT RUBIKA AS AN EXCHANGE STUDENT

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

ACADEMIC EXCHANGES

RUBIKA offers international students the opportunity to come and live an immersion among its students for one or two semesters. Each year, we welcome about fifty international students for long or short study cycles. These stays are part of academic partnerships.

RUBIKA pays particular attention to welcoming its students and offers dedicated support: bilingual teachers, French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses, help in finding accommodation, student sponsorship and administrative assistance.

Students wishing to study at RUBIKA as part of a university exchange must be selected by the partner institution. If there is no partnership between your school and RUBIKA, you can contact your International Relations Department.

In order to study at RUBIKA as an exchange student, there must be a student exchange agreement between your home university and RUBIKA, and your home university must formally nominate you to study at RUBIKA. Check our list of partner universities for more details.

➔ Non-European students: hold a passport valid for the entire duration of your stay in France and a long-stay « student » visa (to be requested from the French Embassy in your country). Without this visa, you will not be able to register at RUBIKA.

FIND AN ACCOMMODATION

The International Relations Department will assist you in your search for accommodation. In Valenciennes, there are many possibilities of accommodation at moderate prices, in university or private residences.

Students who have confirmed their arrival must fill in an accommodation form. As the number of places is limited, the reservation of accommodation will be made according to availability.
