RUBIKA

FEES & FINANCING

YEAR 2023-2024
CAMPUS OF VALENCIENNESCAMPUS OF MONTREAL

HOW RUBIKA WORKS?

RUBIKA is an Association under the French Law of 1901, for which tuition fees constitute the main resources. RUBIKA does not receive any aid or subsidies. The fees paid by the students are entirely reinvested in the school, which aims for a balanced operating result. The amount of the tuition fees is fixed each year by the General Assembly of RUBIKA. An increase may be foreseen each year. However, the fees remain fixed for the enrolled students.

Each year, RUBIKA invests between 800 and 900€ per student to provide them with the necessary equipment to carry out their projects. RUBIKA students are allocated a dedicated personal computer on campus. This means that they do not have to invest in their own computer.

2- SCHOLARSHIPS BASED ON SOCIAL CRITERIA

If you have limited resources, you may be entitled to a grant based on social criteria, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education. The application must be made on the CROUS website. To be eligible, you must be under 28 years of age on 1 September of the academic year and meet a certain number of criteria: the income of the tax household in France, the number of dependent children in the family and the distance from the place of study. A scale is established on the basis of these criteria and students are awarded financial aid.

Other financial aid is possible (regional council, general council, etc.). It is up to the students to find out about these and to take the necessary steps to obtain them.

4- MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

  • Be eligible for CROUS scholarships, level 4 or higher;
  • Pass the RUBIKA entrance exam
  • Be proposed by the Pedagogical Director of the programme in view of the quality of results obtained and behaviour (for current students)
